Water Quality Monitor

由於產業及城市的高度發展使得水汙染日益嚴重,水汙染之所以形成,主因是汙染物未經過妥善處理就排入水源中,影響日常用水。一般汙染物來源來自家庭廢水、工業廢水、垃圾的滲水、畜牧廢水及一些工程開發所導致的水土環境變動等。目前台灣水汙染處理方式主要針對「法規條例」、「刑事責任」去做規範處理。水汙染至今沒解決的主因是『找不到汙染源頭』,因此本團隊針對汙水排放議題為訴求點,運用產品設計流程,發展創新型概念設計,提出能協助稽查人員找出汙染源的創新設計。研究過程中透過資料收集分析及對環保局人員的訪問,進一步彙整出輔助工具的發展要素及提出設計方針,具體呈現能輔助稽查人員汙水採樣及監控的概念設計。
本創新設計提出可於水域中移動之船體,使用者透過手機App介面遠端控制船體移動及攝錄影,並能於適當時機啟動船體內部小型抽水馬達,將汙水抽取至儲水盒內進行樣本採集。

Due to the high development of industry and cities make water pollution more and more serious, water pollution is formed, the main reason is that pollutants are discharged into the water source without proper treatment, affecting daily water use. General sources of pollutants come from household wastewater, industrial wastewater, water seepage of waste, animal husbandry wastewater and some engineering development caused by changes in the soil and water environment. At present, Taiwan's water pollution treatment methods mainly for regulations, criminal responsibility to do standardized treatment. Water pollution has not been resolved the main reason is 'can not find the source of pollution', so the team for sewage discharge issues as the demand point, the use of product design process, the development of innovative concept design, can help inspectors to find the source of pollution innovative design. In the course of the study, through data collection and analysis and visits to EPA personnel, the development elements of the auxiliary tools were further integrated and design guidelines were put forward, and the concept design of sewage sampling and monitoring could be presented to assist inspectors.
This innovative design proposes a hull that can be moved in the water, the user can remotely control the hull movement and video through the mobile phone app interface, and can start the small pumping motor inside the hull at an appropriate time, and extract sewage into the water storage tank for sample collection.
