以漁業起家的哈瑪星社區,利用產業行銷與地方文化資源做結合,發展出獨具特色、保存舊有風貌的觀光勝地。舊有建物使用過的痕跡,那曾經熱鬧的競標、叫賣聲,即將走入歷史,模糊了捕魚的目的與熱情,慢慢地就被人們忽略了。因此重新規劃閒置空間,並創造出隔海情調,藉由人們之間的互動所產生的漣漪交疊著,再一次將歷史重現於眼前,使熱情充斥著整個空間。 重現舊有社區的生活特色,恢復市場機能便能創造商機。 由量體延伸、環境削減、樓層錯層與整合基地的手法做為基礎的想法,因應時事疫情融入設計理念中。利用船的意象作為與環境呼應擺設於陸地,以下陷處作為海平面下的船身,使一樓的空間產生變化,讓整體的空間更為豐富。以人的互動與交流形成一個波,以基地為核心引入群眾,當眾多的波相互重疊形成的漣漪映照在建築物上,形成了此建築的造形。

The idea of volume extension, environment reduction, floor staggering and integration of base is the basis of the design concept, which is integrated into the design concept according to the current epidemic. The image of a boat is used to echo with the environment and is placed on the land, and the sunken area is used as the hull of the boat under the sea level to make the space on the first floor change and enrich the overall space. The interaction and communication of people form a wave, and the base is used as the core to introduce the crowd, when many waves overlap each other to form ripples reflecting on the building, forming the shape of this building.
