在現代社會中，由於父母工作繁忙，許多家庭選擇將0~3歲的嬰幼兒送到托嬰中心，使其成為照顧孩子的首選場所。為了確保嬰兒得到最基本的照顧，專業的教保員負責處理各種基本需求，其中換尿布是不可或缺的職責之一，提高效率並確保嬰兒的健康和福祉，尿布台的適切設計至關重要。觀察目前市售尿布台大多為橫向式設計，未充分考慮人體工學，更可能使教保員在換尿布時長時間保持不正確的姿勢，增加職業傷害的風險。因此，本團隊透過深入訪談並製作出同理心地圖，深刻洞察教保員在托嬰中心進行換尿布時所面臨的困境和不便，進而提出了一款「舒適照護尿布台」的設計，兼顧移位旋轉和收納需求的尿布台，可優化教保員的操作模式，有效減輕腰部負擔。另設置樓梯組，可引導孩童攀爬練習，強化骨骼肌肉活動力，該樓梯組亦具備收納尿布備品櫃、等候區，提高方便性和備品支援，增益換尿布的效率，同時為教保員提供更良好的工作體驗，確保嬰兒在托嬰中心獲得最佳的照顧。

In modern society, due to busy work schedules, many families opt to send children aged 0 to 3 years to childcare centers, making them the preferred care option. To ensure that children receive the basic care they need, professional caregivers are responsible for handling various essential tasks, among which diaper changing is indispensable. Improving efficiency and ensuring the health and well-being of children, the appropriate design of diaper changing tables is crucial. However, most commercially available diaper changing tables are designed horizontally, those tables are without sufficient consideration for ergonomics. Thus, this innovative design aimed to address the occupational hazards faced by caregivers in childcare centers when changing diapers. Through in-depth interviews and empathy mapping, the design team numbers gain profound insights into the challenges and inconveniences experienced by caregivers during diaper changing tasks. Consequently, a design for a "Comfortable Care Diaper Changing Table" is proposed. It integrates features such as mobility, rotation, and storage to optimize caregiver workflows and can reduce strain on the lower back. Additionally, a ladder component is incorporated to guide children climbing exercises, enhancing skeletal muscle activity. The table also includes storage cabinets for diapering supplies and a waiting area, improving convenience and supply support, thus increasing diaper changing efficiency. Ultimately, the design effectively provides a better working experience for caregivers and ensure that children receive optimal care in childcare centers.
