描述男子回想過去，在年輕時為了兄弟離鄉背井，不聽勸而走上歪路，經過多年後被兄弟背叛才驚醒，想起當初父母親的勸誡，一切都為時已晚，後悔莫及，曾經身邊有過的親人朋友，都因為當年選錯路的自己而紛紛離開，只剩下自己孤單單一個。
歌詞以台語及簡單明瞭的字詞來創作，曲風屬於搖滾，讓觀眾可以更容易且快速的被帶進歌曲的故事之中，藉由編曲的鋪陳，在循序漸進至最後段將聽眾的情緒拉到最高，前奏以guitar solos拉開序幕，希望營造出震撼人心同時具有張力的效果。
