鬣狗與狼

配樂作品《鬃狗與狼》是一個手繪繪本故事，樂器使用溫暖抒情且豐富多變的鋼琴，搭配渾厚情感的大提琴，兩者旋律有時對位有時一同演奏，相輔相成的襯托畫面劇情緩緩推進，而每個音樂設計段落都隨著故事中小狼情緒的轉折而變化，希望創作出溫度且豐富情感的配樂，讓觀眾看著畫面與文本時，能透過音樂有更多想像與意境，慢慢引領觀眾沉浸故事之中。

為了讓配樂更貼近手繪繪本的溫度，所以整首曲子為親自彈奏並保留自然的手感，如同說故事一般隨著劇情起伏演奏。在音樂方面特別選用複拍子的創作手法，通過溫柔流暢的分解音型節奏並伴隨大提琴的加入來講述小狼的故事背景，而隨著故事劇情的推進利用音域的上下發展，以增加故事的張力與動態感。

在小狼發憤圖強情緒感到振奮時，添加定音鼓增加情緒張力，每個重音下都象徵小狼的堅定決心與展望。而小狼遭遇無情的攻擊迎來轉折，採用切分重音且往下發展的旋律節奏，呈現小狼不知所措與錯愕，而當小狼跌入泥坑時，採用急速向下爬音而緊接一個糾結感的和聲並留白，象徵小狼對自己感到疑惑，並與自己內心談話。

接著遇到鬃狗時採用本曲的前奏卻以高八度演奏，象徵小狼保有初心並即將展開新的生活，而在結局段落，同樣採用前面振奮旋律卻用類似華爾滋的變奏，象徵解決所有疑惑與害怕，並安心找到家的歸屬感，重返幸福的狀態。

每一段音樂都是用心創作為故事的每一部分，希望能以音樂的方式編織出故事的情感軌跡，讓觀眾聽音樂說故事，並享受其中。

The melodies of both instruments sometimes intertwine, sometimes play together, serving to gently advance the visual storyline. Each musical section evolves with the emotional twists and turns of the protagonist wolf in the story, aiming to create a warm and emotionally rich soundtrack. The goal is to allow viewers to imagine and immerse themselves in the story through the music while observing the visuals and text.

To capture the warmth of a hand-drawn picture book, the entire composition is personally performed, preserving a natural feel akin to storytelling, flowing with the narrative's ups and downs.

Musically, a special emphasis is placed on using compound meter techniques. This involves employing gentle, flowing rhythmic patterns accompanied by the addition of the cello to narrate the backstory of the wolf. As the story progresses, the range of the music is utilized to increase tension and dynamics.

During moments when the wolf feels determined and uplifted, percussion accents are added to heighten emotional tension, with each emphasized beat symbolizing the wolf's firm resolve and hope for the future.

Conversely, when faced with heartless attacks, a musical transition reflects confusion and astonishment through subdivided rhythmic patterns and descending melodies. When the wolf falls into a pit, rapid downward melodies are followed by a suspended chord, symbolizing the wolf's self-doubt and inner dialogue.

Upon encountering the Hyena, the composition's introduction is played at a higher octave, symbolizing the wolf's retained innocence and the prospect of a new beginning. In the conclusion, a variation of the earlier uplifting melody, reminiscent of a waltz, signifies the resolution of doubts and fears, and the comforting sense of finding a place to belong.
