瓷銅剪花-陶瓷再造剪黏金工創意設計

陶瓷器皿充斥在我們的日常生活中，但因硬脆的特性，容易毀損，而瓷器販售店的品管過程中也難免有淘汰掉的陶瓷廢品，但陶瓷類是不可降解材料，如未良善處理將引發環境問題。臺灣廟宇的裝置藝術「剪黏」早年為了節省成本，便是以破碎的陶瓷碗做剪黏，鑲嵌藝術更是以陶瓷等材料做拼貼。本計畫將以廢棄陶瓷再造為主軸，將廢棄陶瓷器皿再造，我們將蘭嶼管唇蘭與台灣油點草重新演繹，並進一步將陶瓷融合金工技術，創造全新的設計，以這些植物為原型並加入相類似的動物造型。材質選用日常使用的陶瓷器皿作為主要材質，金屬部分則採用銅。色彩保留陶瓷碎片原本的顏色，銅使用 UV 樹酯上色，賦予更豐富的趣味性。我們期望透過材質與技法的融合，為環境與傳統技藝打開新的可能性，並吸引年輕族群產生興趣，提升民眾想瞭解的興趣。

Paste decoration of temple and metalworking

Ceramic vessels are ubiquitous in our daily lives, but due to their brittle nature, they are prone to damage. In the quality control process of ceramic shops, discarded ceramic waste is inevitable. However, ceramics are non-biodegradable materials, and improper disposal can lead to environmental issues.
In early years, the art of "Paste decoration of temple" in Taiwanese temples used broken ceramic bowls to save costs. Inlay art also utilized ceramics and other materials for collage. This project focuses on repurposing discarded ceramics. We will reinterpret the Lanyu orchid and Taiwan dotted grass, integrating ceramics with metalworking techniques to create fresh designs, incorporating similar animal motifs inspired by these plants.
Everyday ceramic vessels will serve as the primary material, while copper will be used for the metal parts. Colors will retain the original hues of ceramic fragments, while UV resin will be used to color the copper, adding richer visual appeal. Through the fusion of materials and techniques, we aim to explore new possibilities for the environment and traditional craftsmanship, attracting interest from younger generations and increasing public curiosity.
