智慧互動樂齡健步機

隨著高齡人口成長，日間照護的需求與日俱增。因此我們希望能為日照中心設計一款智慧互動樂齡健步機，透過遊戲與運動、社交結合，使肌力訓練更有趣，豐富日照中心活動的同時也能促使長輩自發性運動。Yongi主要以WIFI連接平板、手機等電子設備的APP遊玩，也可搭配電子地墊使用，提供高齡者於室內和朋友連線或遠端祖孫聯機，APP內有分別訓練旋轉踩踏、垂直踩踏與平衡三種遊戲模式，對應碰撞對戰遊戲、佔地遊戲與平衡遊戲。這些易於理解且富有策略性的遊戲讓使用者在和連線玩家競技中達到運動功效，運動對於高齡者不再無聊枯燥甚至麻煩，APP亦記錄下每次運動時長、訓練部位等資訊促使使用者規律運動。Yongi整體僅約40公分高，使用者可拉出提把，踩住固定桿後將機體微微傾斜，全程無需彎腰即可如同攜帶行李箱般輕鬆拖動至室內任何地方使用，產品整體皆有圓角與止滑紋理，實現高齡友善安心的使用環境。

Yongi - Smart interactive lower limbs training equipment for seniors

With the growing elderly population, the demand for daytime care is increasing day by day. Therefore, we hope to design a smart interactive elderly-friendly treadmill for daycare centers. By combining gaming, exercise, and social interaction, we aim to make strength training more enjoyable, enriching the activities at daycare centers while encouraging seniors to engage in physical activity voluntarily. Yongi primarily connects via WIFI to tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices through an app for gaming. It can also be used with electronic mats, allowing seniors to connect with friends indoors or remotely for multiplayer games with their grandchildren. The app offers three game modes: rotational stepping, vertical stepping, and balance, corresponding to collision battle games, territory games, and balance games. These easy-to-understand and strategic games enable users to achieve exercise benefits while competing with connected players, making exercise no longer boring, tedious, or troublesome for the elderly. The app also records information such as the duration of each exercise session and the trained areas, encouraging users to exercise regularly. Yongi is only about 40 centimeters tall overall, with a pull-out handle for easy transportation like a suitcase. Users can step on the fixed pole and slightly tilt the machine without bending over, making it easy to move to any indoor location. The product features rounded edges and non-slip textures throughout, ensuring a safe and elderly-friendly environment.
