關於這作品的議題，虛食_我想要一種生活，虛食這名稱是源於一開始使用餐廳做為改造，再帶入議題發想的模糊化空間，為了表達出虛和實的意象，進而有了〝虛食〞這樣的名稱，而我想要一種生活，是因為我希望能夠讓來到這裡的食客，進到這樣的一個餐廳時，能夠讓他們充滿想像，讓他們想要待在這個空間以及想要再次來到這個空間，此外在這次的空間改造上，多採用了大量的景觀植栽，因為我們本身改建的建築物本身就是一間日本料理餐廳，因此在設計上保留了原有的日式風格，在保留了日式風格的基礎下，加入了模糊化的元素，在消除了本身空間的分隔以外再加入了一些空間，並利用了建築物後方的空地，做了一些景觀植栽和設置了一些戶外用餐區，並讓戶外的動線和室內的動線作融合，這也是我為何把空間模糊化帶入餐飲空間設計的原因，再過去的餐飲空間，大多都是封閉的狀態，以及為了分別出一般的用餐區和包廂區，做了許多的空間的分割，因此我希望在這次的建築空間改造計畫哩，能夠突破過去的概念，以一種新的面貌呈現。

In addition to eliminating the separation of the own space, some spaces were added, and the open space behind the building was used to create I added some landscape plantings and set up some outdoor dining areas, and integrated the outdoor movement lines with the indoor movement lines. This is why I brought space blurring into the design of the dining space. Most of the dining spaces in the past were They are all closed, and a lot of space has been divided to separate the general dining area and the private area.
