大鵬灣風景區原本是屏東縣頗具規模的濕地旅遊區，原本具有蓬勃發展的潛力，但2019年BOT案提前終止，導致項目規劃模糊，旅遊數量減少。以及該地區的廢棄，讓當地居民感到失望和冷漠。 批評人士認為，BOT計劃已經運行了16年，但效果不佳，製造商沒有認真對待該地區的利益。
我們設計的目的是讓大鵬灣重新成為吸引遊客、刺激附近經濟和工業的地方。 由於場地的位置，有很多恢復的濕地，我們的設計與當地濕地相連，作為生態教育和旅遊的天然課堂，提供舒適的觀光旅程。 同時，附近的遊艇產業尚未成熟，因此我們的設計可以促進附近的遊艇產業、當地產業以及東港的遊客流量。
設計願景是建立一個集生態、環保、教育、研究於一體的旅遊園區，維護自然的完整性，尊重和保護現有的自然生態系統和景觀，建立人與自然的共存關係，加強相互關係，促進與自然的融合，彷彿回到了最初的和諧狀態，並選擇了東港特產“魷魚”的外觀，作為海洋生物博物館的功能和功能部分。 建築外觀以東港特產「魷魚」為材料，兼具海鮮博物館的功能，外觀頗具趣味。 公園內設有當地文化人文展覽，以及從深海到淺海的海上展覽，豐富遊客的體驗，展示該地區的原創產業。

Sea of ​​Life-Dapeng Bay Ecological Recreation Park

The Dapeng Bay Scenic Area, originally a sizable wetland tourism area in Pingtung County, had the potential for vigorous development, but the early termination of the BOT case in 2019 has led to ambiguity in the planning of the project, a decrease in the number of people, and the abandonment of the area, which has left local residents feeling disappointed and apathetic. Critics have suggested that the BOT program has been running for 16 years with poor results, and that the manufacturer is not taking the interests of the area seriously.
The purpose of our design is to bring back Mirs Bay as a place to attract tourists and to stimulate the economy and industries in the vicinity. Due to the location of the site, there are many restored wetlands, and our design connects with the local wetlands as a natural classroom for ecological education and tourism, providing a comfortable sightseeing journey. At the same time, the nearby yachting industry is not yet mature, so our design can promote the nearby yachting industry, local industries and the tourist flow of Donggang.
The vision of the design is to build a tourist park with ecology, environmental protection, education and research, to maintain the integrity of nature, to respect and protect the existing natural ecosystems and landscapes, and to establish coexistence between people and nature, to strengthen mutual relationships, and to promote integration with nature, as if returning to the original state of harmony, and to choose the appearance of the "squid", a specialty of Donggang, as a functional and functional part of the sea life museum. The exterior of the building is made of "squid," a specialty of Donggang, as a function of the Seafood Museum, and its appearance is interesting. In the park, exhibitions on local culture and humanities, and exhibitions on the sea from the deep sea to the shallow sea are displayed in order to enrich the visitors' experience and to show the original industries of the area.
