青少年是由兒童發展至成人的過渡階段,此時的青少年會經歷生理、心理和社交方面的轉變,亦要面對各種矛盾、挫折及衝突,難免會在這個成長過程中感到壓力和困擾,但也可以藉此機會去瞭解自己及學習與人相處、控制情緒和解決問題的技巧,因此青少年需要學習如何有效地處理青少年期的壓力,才能令身心健康地發展。而青少年們時常不知道如何處理或尋求相關關於自身壓力處理的管道而一直壓抑自己的情緒而演變出許多負面或偏差行為。此設計成果目標為打造成能使家長放心且提供青少年自由多元的休閒區域,在裡面給予青少年同性或異性同儕互動機會,以培養良好的人際關係,並且可以讓青少年有一個能與家庭有良好溝通的地方。同時園區內擁有的複合式商場、運動空間、圖書空間等這些能讓青少年可以放鬆情緒及舒緩壓力的場所,希望能成為陪伴青少年成長的地方,以綜合教育、社會福利、休閒運動、文化生活、之等項目的方式來讓青少年對於未來不會感到迷惘。

Therefore, teenagers need to learn how to effectively deal with the stress of adolescence in order to develop healthily both physically and mentally. Adolescents often do not know how to deal with or find relevant channels to deal with their own stress, so they keep suppressing their emotions and develop many negative or deviant behaviors. The goal of this design is to create a leisure area that reassures parents and provides young people with freedom and diversity. It provides young people with opportunities to interact with peers of the same or opposite sex to cultivate good interpersonal relationships, and allows young people to have a place where they can communicate well with their families. The place. At the same time, the park has complex shopping malls, sports spaces, library spaces and other places where teenagers can relax and relieve stress. We hope to become a place to accompany the growth of teenagers, integrating education, social welfare, leisure sports, cultural life, Through such projects, young people will not feel confused about the future.
