台西為文蛤養殖重鎮，近年因面臨氣候異常、文蛤大量暴斃、外來種入侵、盤商統一收購等問題，導致漁民經濟收入大不如前，為此我想在此設計一個漁民自主經營的小農市場，以提高漁民收入，並規劃產業旅遊路徑，讓人可以在短時間認識台西以及文蛤產業。基地設定為向即將退休的漁民承租一池魚塭，並將水抽乾，利用池底空間，設計一處小農市場、文蛤特色餐廳、養殖實驗池、以及住宿區。其中小農市場主要販售當日採收文蛤及結合附近農產品並再製成特色料理，而在文蛤特色餐廳設計不同高低的地形型態，想讓來此的遊客感受文蛤在池底的視角，養殖實驗池為提供漁民們更多想法與方法去面對不同的環境變化及挑戰，住宿區的設計概念為:「來去池底住一晚」將住在房子裡的人轉化為文蛤，體驗文蛤在池底的感覺、並在此處下挖100公分及注入水，以此傳達台西正面臨嚴重地層下陷問題。而在產業路徑上分別規劃出文蛤的採收狀態以及漁民的日常工作狀態，讓遊客可以更了解台西風情。

The base is set up to lease a pond of fish farms to retiring fishermen, drain the water, and use the space at the bottom of the pond to design a small farmer's market, a clam specialty restaurant, a breeding experiment pond, and an accommodation area. Among them, the small agricultural market mainly sells clams collected on the day and combines nearby agricultural products and makes special dishes, and the clam specialty restaurant is designed with different terrain shapes, so that visitors here can feel the view of the clam at the bottom of the pool, and the breeding experiment pool provides fishermen with more ideas and methods to face different environmental changes and challenges, the design concept of the accommodation area is: "Come and go to the bottom of the pool for one night" to transform the people living in the house into clams, experience the feeling of the clam at the bottom of the pool, He dug 100 centimeters and injected water into this place to convey the serious problem of subsidence in the front of Taixi. On the industrial route, the collection status of clams and the daily work conditions of fishermen are planned separately, so that tourists can better understand the situation in Taixi.
