用度量的概念賦予了空間新的意義，從空間中轉化為日常生活所需要的零件，將動手做融入日常生活，增添了更多樂趣。通過盤點日常五金的應用，將居家五金的修復、改造、美化融入到日常生活中，透過「度量行」的系列規劃，設計五金日常生活的美學。日常生活中常常會遇到許多跟生活空間相關的問題，無論是家中物品損壞需要維修還是空間的重新規劃，人們往往都不知該從何下手。
為了解決這些問題，我們選擇了四種常見工具作為分類，使用者可以通過度量小報內的教學了解整個修復的過程，並依步驟實際操作，也提供了度量小卡，小卡上有使用者該如何選擇工具的資訊，也有解說各個零件的不同之處。通過測量後，根據步驟和數據即可完成基礎的組裝及修復。
另外，我們還設計了輕便的度量小工具，具備測量和螺絲扭轉功能，自帶掛鉤方便隨身攜帶，適用於臨時急需修復的情況，方便使用者使用。
除了傳遞五金知識外，我們也關注市面上五金包裝存在的問題，並著手解決這些問題。通過極簡的設計和一些小巧思，重新設計了包裝盒型，簡化資訊，使包裝辨識度更見明確，收納和取用也更為便捷，為使用者提供了更加方便的使用體驗。

Often, the complexity of these tasks leaves us unsure of where to even begin. To address these challenges head-on, we've meticulously selected four common tools for classification. Beyond the dissemination of hardware knowledge, we've also identified and addressed prevalent issues within the hardware packaging landscape. Through a commitment to minimalist design principles and innovative solutions, we've reimagined packaging boxes to streamline information, enhance packaging recognition, and improve overall accessibility. These enhancements culminate in a user-centric experience, empowering users to navigate hardware-related tasks with greater confidence and convenience.
