岐靜之境-旗津港岸園區規劃

旗津港區是高雄第一個開港通商的港口，也是重要山海地景，其優越位置條件與文化歷史兼具，如今卻沒落不如對岸的駁二港區，有其必要進行專題來探討與規劃其可能。
創作者團隊認為旗津港在現有空間現況與發展較為薄弱，若能提出歷史建築文化深度與永續發展概念，來融合地方景觀，設計一處休憩空間園區場域進行活化，有其活絡與助益。
本專題設計「歧靜之境：旗津港岸園區規劃」，主要規劃具體成果有三點：
一、整合地景風貌：運用旗后山優越地景風貌與歷史建築群，開展環境並引入當地居民活力，成為地方創生載體，使旗后山成為地標吸納多元資源。
二、反思環境永續：透過海廢料及塑膠回收的再利用，整合設計規劃來融入環保建材，企圖重塑當地環境現況樣貌，提出永續發展的重要與省思。
三、設計規劃成果：本專題設計規劃，包含設計圖面、立體模型與媒體動畫，傳達旗后山與園區之美提出新意，也提醒環保建材永續發展的融入，可作為日後相關個案開發的參照。

The Land of Qijing-Planning of Cijin Port Park

Cijin Port Area is the first port in Kaohsiung to open for trade. It is also an important mountain and sea landscape. It has a superior location and cultural history. However, it is now in decline compared to the Pier 2 Port Area on the other side. It is necessary to conduct a special topic to discuss and Plan for what's possible.
The creative team believes that the current situation and development of Cijin Port are relatively weak in the existing space. If the cultural depth of historical buildings and the concept of sustainable development can be proposed to integrate the local landscape and design a recreational space park site for revitalization, it would be flexible. and help.
This thematic design "Land of Quietness: Cijin Port Park Planning" has three main specific planning results:
1. Integrate the landscape: Use the superior landscape and historical buildings of Qihou Mountain to develop the environment and introduce the vitality of local residents to become a carrier of local creation, making Qihou Mountain a landmark and absorbing diverse resources.
2. Reflect on environmental sustainability: Through the reuse of marine waste and plastic recycling, the integrated design and planning incorporate environmentally friendly building materials in an attempt to reshape the current situation of the local environment and put forward the importance and reflection of sustainable development.
3. Design planning results: This special design plan includes design drawings, three-dimensional models and media animations. It conveys the beauty of Qihou Mountain and the park and proposes new ideas. It also reminds the integration of sustainable development of environmentally friendly building materials, which can be used as a reference for the development of related cases in the future. .
