影藝織府-案內影視基地園區再構計畫

臺灣影視產業在影音串流平台的推波助流下，迎來了一波又一波的本土價值影視作品，如《斯卡羅》、《榮町》、《咒》、《粽邪》與《紅衣小女孩》等票房大作，展現了後疫情時代帶給臺灣本土影視產業的二次興起。

近年來，臺灣政府和地方政府紛紛重視影視產業的發展，認識到其在文化創意產業中的重要性。例如，文化部與臺南市政府文化局宣布的岸內糖廠轉型計畫，將岸內糖廠轉型為結合影視拍片、文化教育與休閒遊憩功能的影視觀光基地。基於這一計畫，我們提出了一個畢業設計，探討影視產業發展所需之空間概念。

這個設計將以岸內影視基地為基礎，進一步擴展其功能和影響力。首先，我們將設計多功能的影視製作場地，包括拍攝棚、音效錄製室和後期製作設施，以滿足影視作品製作的各個階段需求。同時，我們還將建立文化教育設施，如影視工作坊、講座和展覽，提供專業知識和技能培訓，培養更多影視人才。

此外，我們將打造以舊有糖廠閒置建築為基礎改建休閒遊憩區域，包括公園、休憩區和主題餐廳，吸引遊客和居民前來休閒娛樂，同時促進當地經濟發展。

這個設計旨在將岸內影視基地打造成一個集影視製作、文化教育和休閒娛樂於一身的綜合性基地，為臺灣影視產業的持續發展提供有力支持。

Annei Film Base

Under the impetus of streaming platforms, Taiwan's film and television industry has witnessed successive waves of domestically produced high-value content, such as "Scarecrow," "Rongcheng," "Curse," "Zong Xie," and "The Girl in Red," demonstrating a resurgence in the country's native film and television industry in the post-pandemic era since 2019.

In recent years, both the Taiwan government and local authorities have increasingly recognized the significance of the film and television industry within the cultural and creative sector. For instance, the Ministry of Culture and the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Tainan City announced the transformation project of the An-Nan Sugar Factory into a multifunctional film and television hub integrating production, cultural education, and leisure activities. Building upon this initiative, we propose a graduation project aimed at exploring spatial concepts essential for the development of the film and television industry.

This design initiative will leverage the An-Nan Film and Television Base as its foundation to further expand its functionalities and impact. Firstly, we plan to design a multifunctional production facility, including studios, sound recording rooms, and post-production facilities, catering to the diverse needs of film and television production. Additionally, we aim to establish cultural educational facilities such as workshops, lectures, and exhibitions to provide professional knowledge and skill training, nurturing a greater pool of talents in the industry.

Moreover, we intend to revitalize the idle buildings within the sugar factory premises into leisure and recreational areas, including parks, resting zones, and themed restaurants, attracting tourists and locals alike, thereby stimulating local economic development.

The ultimate goal of this design is to transform the Annei Film and Television Base into a comprehensive hub integrating film and television production, cultural education, and leisure entertainment, thus providing robust support for the sustained growth of Taiwan's film and television industry.
