角角 JiaoJiao

菱角，來自台南市官田區的在地農作，本專案針對大眾對於菱角在食用上的意見與看法，將傳統且具有本土感的菱角食材重新塑造形象以及食用情境，製作出不用為剝殼所苦並能夠克服非產季難以取得的即食小零嘴，讓大家進而願意更加了解菱角農作以及提升對於菱角的食用意願和接受度。而本專案——「角角」便是無論在閒暇之餘解饞或是在工作繁忙時能用於暫時止飢、方便食用的美味菱角零嘴。
本專案在視覺上使用了簡約且富饒趣味性的風格去進行整體的視覺發想、設計，讓菱角的印象除了剝殼、本土、傳統農作之外，也能夠擁有十分新穎且顛覆過往的酷炫風格。「角角」除了讓大家能對酷的菱角這件事情能夠產生並擁有更多的興趣之外，也希望大眾能夠在購買、食用「角角」的同時，更加的享受菱角多面向的魅力、更加的喜愛菱角。

Water chestnuts sourced from Guantian District in Tainan City are local agricultural products. This project aims to reshape the public's perceptions of water chestnuts by redesigning their traditional image and patterns of use. By creating convenient, ready-to-eat snacks that eliminate the hassle of peeling and overcome seasonal availability challenges, we aim to raise awareness of water chestnut farming and promote consumption. "Jiao Jiao" serves as a delicious snack to satisfy cravings during leisure time or provide quick sustenance during busy workdays. Visually, the project adopts a minimalist yet playful style to present water chestnuts in a fresh and cool light, while still honoring their traditional associations. Through "Jiao Jiao," we aim to spark interest in water chestnuts and foster an appreciation for their diverse appeal among consumers.
