談笑風生的自然場域:關於茶的荒謬事件

在台灣有許多種茶，日常生活中時常能看見茶的身影，無論是便利超商還是路邊隨處可見的手搖飲店，茶與人可以說是密不可分的關係，但我看了這麼多茶的產地，發現唯獨只有台南沒有產茶，我開始產生疑問，台南真的不能種茶嗎？台南能有自己的茶嗎？台南能不能有個空間是能夠種植茶，而且適合茶生長，讓台南也能夠有屬於自己的茶。
在做基地調查階段時，發現在金德春茶行附近有許多廢棄的磚造建築，於是我在想是否能運用磚造建築溪水氣的特性和建築的手法，營造出茶葉所需要的濕度和生長環境，並且有效的利用已廢棄的閒置空間，並讓居民能夠在此感受到泡茶的氛圍，增進鄰里之間的互動、社會凝聚力，也能成為日後台南種植茶葉的一絲絲希望，台南實驗場域的誕生，也可能構成一種新產業的誕生。

There are many kinds of tea in Taiwan, and you can often see tea in daily life, whether it is a convenient supermarket or a hand-cranked drink shop that can be seen everywhere on the roadside, tea and people can be said to be inseparable, but I have seen so many tea origins and found that only Tainan does not produce tea, I began to wonder, can Tainan really not grow tea? Can Tainan have its own tea? Can Tainan have a space that can grow tea, and it is suitable for tea growth, so that Tainan can also have its own tea. During the base investigation stage, I found that there were many abandoned brick buildings near the Jindechun Tea Shop, so I wondered if I could use the characteristics of the brick building stream and the construction techniques to create the humidity and growth environment required for tea, and effectively use the abandoned idle space, so that residents can feel the atmosphere of making tea here, enhance the interaction and social cohesion between neighbors, and can also become a glimmer of hope for tea planting in the south of the day, and the birth of the Tainan experimental field may also constitute the birth of a new industry.
