現今地球溫室氣體過量，使地球猶如被籠罩
在厚厚的溫室中，太陽照射的熱量難以散去
造成極端氣候的到來,
如乾旱、暴雨、熱浪森林大火、水患、暴雪等。
為了應對地球溫室氣體過量所帶來的極端氣候
和台灣城市面臨的水資源短缺，將本次設計規劃之目標
創造一個獨特且美麗的多元化空間，
同時強調 [ 環境教育 ] 以及 [ 休憩空間 ] 重要性的多元化空間
透過美化和創意設計，這個多元化空間
不僅是為了因應氣候變遷和水資源短缺的挑戰
更是一個令人愉悅、具有教育價值
且環保的城市綠洲。


本設計專注於全球性的氣候變遷和台灣城市水資
源短缺的挑戰，透過打破傳統觀念，創造一個多元而獨特的城市空間。
專注於水資源管理，採用可持續的方法，
如水收集、過濾和再利用系統，以應對乾旱和水患等
極端氣候事件，同時為城市提供穩定的水源。
這個多元化空間不僅僅是一個實用的解決方案，更是一個教育平台，
通過各種互動元素和展示，向公眾傳達有關氣候變遷
水資源管理和環保的知識，喚起大眾對環境議題的重視。
