我們的設計以素食辦桌文化結合環保為主軸,旨在延展臺灣素食辦桌文化的魅力,並傳達吃素所帶來的好處。透過專刊、食譜、海報以及周邊的結合,我們將呈現出素食的美味、環保的價值以及台灣素食辦桌的豐富多彩。
在專刊部分,我們將深入探討素食辦桌文化的起源、發展和意義,介紹素食辦桌的文化特色。同時,我們也探討吃素對環境保護、動物保護、人體健康及減碳議題的重要性,以及吃素所帶來的生活方式轉變和正面影響。
食譜部分有著豐富多彩的料理,提供簡單易行的製作步驟,鼓勵人們嘗試素食,讓讀者體驗到素食料理的無盡可能性。另外還做了可撕下內頁的小本食譜,具便利性,可以撕下來,並使用貼紙將其貼在冰箱或牆上,以便隨時查閱或提醒。
海報將以鮮明的視覺效果和生動的圖像,展現素食辦桌文化的活力和魅力,且散發出歡樂和熱鬧的氛圍,我們將吸引觀眾的目光,讓大家一睹素食辦桌文化的特色。
透過這個設計,我們期望世人對素食辦桌文化有更多的了解,以及探討素食和環境與動物保護、人體健康及減碳議題,促進社會對素食和環保的認識和實踐。這將有助於創造一個更健康、更可持續的未來。

Taiwan Vegetarian

Our design focuses on integrating vegetarian banquet culture with environmental protection, aiming to expand the allure of Taiwan's vegetarian banquet culture and convey the benefits of vegetarianism. Through the combination of publications, recipes, posters, and related materials, we will showcase the deliciousness of vegetarian cuisine, the value of environmental conservation, and the rich diversity of Taiwan's vegetarian banquet culture.
In the publication section, we will delve into the origins, development, and significance of vegetarian banquet culture, introducing its cultural characteristics. Additionally, we will explore the importance of vegetarianism for environmental protection, animal welfare, human health, and carbon reduction issues, as well as the lifestyle changes and positive impacts associated with vegetarianism.
The recipe section will feature a wide array of colorful dishes, offering simple and achievable cooking steps to encourage people to try vegetarian food and experience the endless possibilities of vegetarian cuisine. Furthermore, we have designed a booklet with tear-out pages, accompanied by stickers, allowing readers to easily stick recipes on walls or refrigerators for convenient reference and to freely annotate and mark recipes. This book is not only a practical recipe handbook but also a decorative piece for the kitchen, adding a touch of fun and personality to your cooking space.
The posters will showcase the vitality and charm of vegetarian banquet culture through vibrant visual effects and lively imagery, emitting a joyful and lively atmosphere to attract the audience's attention and allow everyone to glimpse the characteristics of vegetarian banquet culture.
Through this design, we hope to increase public understanding of vegetarian banquet culture and explore the connections between vegetarianism and environmental conservation, animal welfare, human health, and carbon reduction issues, promoting awareness and practice of vegetarianism and environmental protection in society. This will contribute to creating a healthier and more sustainable future.
