在台南四草大眾廟旁有一間抹香鯨陳列館，裡面展示了多樣海洋生物標本，針對陳列館展示標本下去做延伸，從"在地固有展示"改變為"翻閱查詢圖鑑"，整理陳列館標本資訊。
透過標本轉化成圖鑑，將125種生物資訊納於書中,分成螺類、貝類、魚類、蟹類4大類,並使用 4 種廟宇戲台強烈視覺的顏色使整體體現出跟大眾廟的連結,包含黃、綠、橘、桃紅幾種螢光色。
四本書以寫實插畫與教學性內文,增加使人閱讀的慾望,讓更多人能瞭解到標本陳列館和台江四草生態。
圖鑑物種資料包含折物種特徵 、體型外關 、生活習性、繁殖、漁業利用、生活習性、保護狀況、系統分類、物種威脅、原生、外來種、標本製作方式、筆記頁…等單元，內容豐富有別於傳統圖鑑設計規劃。
There is a sperm whale exhibition hall next to the Sicao Dazhong Temple in Tainan, which displays a variety of marine specimens. In order to extend the display of specimens in the exhibition hall, it has changed from "inherent display on the ground" to "browsing and querying the atlas", and organized the information of specimens in the exhibition hall.
By transforming the specimens into a guidebook, 125 types of biological information were included in the book, divided into four categories: Conch, shellfish, fish, and crabs. The four strong visual colors of the temple stage were used to make the overall connection with the public temple, including yellow, green, orange, and peach red fluorescent colors.
The four books use realistic illustrations and educational content to increase people's desire to read, allowing more people to understand the specimen exhibition hall and the ecological environment of the four grasslands in the Taijiang River.
The species data in the atlas includes units such as species characteristics, body size, lifestyle, reproduction, fishery utilization, lifestyle, conservation status, systematic classification, species threats, native and exotic species, specimen making methods, note pages, etc., which are rich in content and different from traditional atlas design planning.
