"Fossils vanish like foam, bathtime stand guard together." traces of ancient life and extinct animals in Taiwan have been buried in the ground to form fossils, which occupy a place in natural culture. However, there is a lack of dedicated units and related regulations to promote their conservation work.
In order to advocate for the conservation of fossils and the environment, and to discourage the indiscriminate removal of fossils, Taiwan's extinct animals are used as the theme. Through preliminary research, a series of parent-child bathing experience sets are planned. By using bath balls that disappear upon contact with water, the diminishing of extinct animals and fossils is metaphorically represented. Fossil toys are added inside the bath balls to simulate the experience of fossicking for fossils by the river. Interesting packaging creates a fun bathing time for parents and children, with the spherical shell conveying the disappearance of bubbles and promoting interaction between family members by combining the original habitats of animals. After bathing, the fossil toys can be put back into the packaging for reuse, allowing parents and children to build fossil knowledge and conservation concepts in their daily lives.
"Bathtime" aims to achieve social feedback through circular education. By dissolving bath balls, it reminds people of the disappearance of fossils and advocates for the importance of fossil and environmental conservation. Let parents and children learn about fossils during their bathing time.
