現今腦中風已成為一個日益嚴重的健康問題，影響著成千上萬的人們的生活品質和健康狀態。面對這一情況，復健治療顯得尤為重要。通過考慮患者的生活情境和心理狀態，我們設計了一系列復健輔具，包括鑰匙插鎖訓練、螺絲訓練、滑動拼圖訓練，可有效提高患者對復健的積極性和參與度，能夠為腦中風患者於居家環境中提供接續輔具治療中心後的延續訓練，幫助他們早日重新獨立並提高生活品質。其相關設計點說明如下：
1.鑰匙插鎖訓練輔具：透過將鑰匙插入鎖孔開門，患者需要插入鑰匙並完成開門的一系列流程，有助於鍛煉手部穩定性，底座抽屜可放置物品，能夠設定尋找對應鑰匙的目標，提高患者的參與感和動機。
2.螺絲訓練輔具：一共三組螺絲，其中包含三組螺絲，每組有兩顆，分別是一字螺絲和十字螺絲。通過採用不同的螺距和大小，創造出不同的難度，患者需要使用螺絲起子正確鬆開或擰緊螺絲。有助於提升手部細微運動的協調性，還能夠增強手指的力量。
3.滑動拼圖訓練輔具，透過滑動拼圖塊來連接它們，其中含有卡榫設計以防拼圖塊鬆脫，完成後可透過外框固定。每塊拼圖塊的中心都設有矽膠按鈕，可貼上動物、數字等圖案貼紙，以培養認知能力和手眼協調，同時兼顧趣味性以及患者心理感受。
Stroke has become an increasingly serious health concern, affecting the quality of life and health status of thousands of people. In the face of this situation, rehabilitation therapy is particularly important. By considering the patient's life context and psychological state, we have designed a series of rehabilitation aids, including key insertion lock training, screw training, and sliding puzzle training, which can effectively improve the patient's motivation and participation in rehabilitation. They can provide continuation training for stroke patients in the home environment after leaving the rehabilitation center, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life at an early stage. The relevant design features are explained as follows:
1. Key insertion lock training aid: By inserting the key into the lock to open the door, the patient needs to complete a series of processes including inserting the key, which helps to train hand stability. The base drawer can hold items, and targets for finding the corresponding key can be set, enhancing the patient's sense of participation and motivation.
2. Screw training aid: There are three sets of screws, each set containing two screws, including Phillips and flathead screws. By using different pitches and sizes, different difficulty levels are created, and the patient needs to use a screwdriver to correctly loosen or tighten the screws. This helps to improve hand coordination and strengthen finger strength.
3. Sliding puzzle training aid: Connect the sliding puzzle blocks together, which contain a tab design to prevent the blocks from coming loose, and can be fixed by an outer frame after completion. Each puzzle block has a silicone button in the center, which can be pasted with animal, number, and other pattern stickers to cultivate cognitive abilities and hand-eye coordination, while also considering the patient's psychological feelings and enjoyment.
