漁船 古榕 大橋 仙人掌 老房子 這些都是我從小到大不變的事物，印象最深的就是家裡長輩冬天撈海菜,夏天採蚵的景象，但在成長的過程中漸漸地感受到了人與人之間的距離漸漸拉開了；還有在觀光產業的興起下，我們居民與觀光客之間，在空間得使用下似乎變得模糊不清。
：『天亮了，時間就不屬於自己了』這是在當代城市常見的生活習慣，我們常說早上是美好一天的開始，但在我看來，似是而非，在早晨的捷運上，有的人熬了夜在補眠，有的人還未從昨晚的夜裡走出來，許多人為了生活而忙忙碌碌。
通樑這片基地對我來說，好像介於都市效率化的影響，又不失鄉村慢步調的生活。
在成長的過程中，感受到建築是具有使用時限，現在的建築已無法支撐居民的需求，也在觀光產業的興盛下，居民空間已被觀光所壓縮，所以我以整體重塑為目的，從居民的角度作為出發點去提升使用品質及如何與觀光業共榮。
在設計方面我除了做最基本的基地分析外，我用相機去紀錄從小在通樑遊玩及經過的路徑把它串連起來並融入到設計的元素。
我認為建築都有一定的週期性，就像某些水母死亡之後並不是真的死亡而是細胞分解之後再形成新的生命體。所以我觀察及紀錄水母的特性及其細胞的週期變化轉化成我的量體發想。
"Fishing boats, ancient banyan trees, bridges, cacti, old houses—these have been constant elements in my life since childhood. One of the most vivid memories is of the elders in my family gathering seaweed in winter and harvesting oysters in summer. However, as I grew up, I gradually felt the distance widening between people. Moreover, with the rise of tourism, the boundary between residents and tourists seems to blur in terms of spatial usage.
"'When dawn breaks, time no longer belongs to oneself.' This is a common lifestyle in contemporary cities. We often say that the morning heralds the beginning of a beautiful day, but to me, it seems somewhat paradoxical. On the morning subway, some people are catching up on sleep after staying up late, while others have not yet emerged from the night before. Many are caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life.
For me, the Tongliang area seems to strike a balance between urban efficiency and the unhurried pace of rural life.
Throughout my journey of growth, I have come to realize that buildings have a limited lifespan. The current structures are no longer able to meet the needs of residents, especially with the booming tourism industry. Resident spaces have been encroached upon by tourism. Therefore, with the aim of holistic revitalization, I approach the task from the perspective of residents, seeking to enhance usability and promote coexistence with the tourism industry.
