設計基地位於高雄的新興商業重劃區,旨在打造一個與國際接軌的智慧園區,本設計著重於如何讓各國人潮及本地居民自然地流入基地內的廣場,以達到公共休憩空間的最大效益,以該地的特殊歷史紋理作為設計主軸,用漸漸下沉的方式去具體化其意象,目的在新興,未來的環境中,引發人們反思高雄,曾經是如何繁華起來,並擁有現代榮景,在這些因概念而生的下沉空間中,也很好的去解決了南部炎熱的天氣,使涼爽的水氣及風自然流入,因為臨海,我們在入口意象上也融入了「浪」的海洋意象,來回應海洋的自然環境,而建築本體的下半部做為設計產業的進駐商場,供所有年齡層的對象及族群使用,而上半部為了府和該園區的辦公需求,設置較多辦公單位作為出租使用,地面層廣場的留設也為該區擁擠的建築群留出一絲喘息空間
The site is located in an emerging commercial rezoning area in Kaohsiung, aiming to create a smart park that is in line with international standards. This design focuses on how to allow people from all over the world and local residents to naturally flow into the square within the base, in order to achieve the maximum benefit of public leisure space. The special historical texture of the place is used as the main axis of the design, and its image is embodied in a gradually sinking way. The purpose is to trigger people to reflect on how Kaohsiung once prospered and had modern prosperity in the emerging and future environment. These sunken spaces created from the concept are also a good solution to the hot weather in the south, allowing the cool water vapor and wind to flow in naturally. Because it is close to the sea, we also integrated the ocean image of "waves" into the entrance image. , to respond to the natural environment of the ocean, and the lower half of the building itself serves as a shopping mall for the design industry, for use by people of all ages and groups, while the upper half has more offices for the office needs of the government and the park. The units are used for rental, and the plaza on the ground floor also leaves some breathing space for the crowded buildings in the area.
