灰與綠之間 都市慢奏-果貿社區改造計畫
現代社會人類文明蓬勃發展，人們所追求的也不再只是基本需求，而轉為科技與經濟成長，都市不斷地擴張，生活也因科技進步而日新月異，但在看似新生繁榮的都市景象其內部卻蘊藏許多老社區的破敗，此次著重於探討在面對這個不斷擴散，追求速度的大環境，如何藉由改善落寞社區讓其因少子，老年，人口外流所產生的發散，藉由自給自足(農業空間)，社區凝聚(公共空間)，多元活動(多功能空間)扭轉為內聚的生活型態，去拉扯都市不斷擴張的趨勢，以至於重新定義人們-生活-自然，三者之關係。
果貿社區-在現代城市不斷發展下，城市邊緣的增長與內部的腐朽不斷的產生，但這些腐朽的節點卻具有再生的可能性，將足以循環城市結構的永續發展，而果貿社區做為新與舊的城市邊緣，則成為我們眼中最具有生命力的可能，其獨有的封閉性空間，自給自足的機能結構，良好的基礎建設與豐富的自然環境，都將成為我們此次設計的良好實驗性對象。城市急速的成長與生活快速的步調

Fruit Trade Community - Under the continuous development of modern cities, the growth of the urban edge and the internal decay continue to occur, but these decay nodes have the possibility of regeneration, which will be enough to recycle the sustainable development of the urban structure, and the fruit trade community as the new and old urban edge, has become the most vital possibility in our eyes, its unique closed space, self-sufficient functional structure, good infrastructure and rich natural environment, will become a good experimental object of our design.
