在傳統技藝日益式微的現代社會中，許多曾經繁榮興盛的地方也逐漸失去昔日的光彩。近年來，這種現象更是愈演愈烈，其中紙寮窩便是其中之一。政府意識到保護文化遺產和傳承技藝的重要性，希望能夠利用當地豐富的資源，尤其是原有的各式資源，來重振當地的產業和社區生活，以此為題，我們想要達成文化的保留、技藝的傳承、產業的復甦，三個方面著手進行設計。
我們將從設計中改善環境、強化工坊空間、建立文史館，展示紙寮窩的歷史和傳統工藝，向遊客介紹這片土地的獨特之處。透過這些活動，我們可以激發人們對當地文化的興趣，並促進對傳統技藝的關注和保護。
為傳承技藝創造空間用於體驗工藝或培訓計劃，吸引年輕人學習傳統技藝，並將其延續下去。也可以和當地的工匠或藝術家合作，將他們的技藝傳授給下一代，確保這些寶貴的技藝不會失傳。
用紙寮窩為核心發展並連結當地資源來促進產業的復甦。開發當地特色與資源吸引更多遊客和客戶，帶動當地經濟的發展。
我們的目標是通過空間設計來保留文化、傳承技藝和連結周遭產業發展，來重振紙寮窩的活力和魅力。
In today's modern society, traditional craftsmanship is gradually fading, and many once prosperous places have lost their former splendor. In recent years, this phenomenon has become increasingly prominent, with "Paper Mill Village" being a prime example. The government has recognized the importance of preserving cultural heritage and passing on traditional craftsmanship, aiming to utilize the abundant local resources, especially various existing ones, to revitalize the local economy and community life. With this goal in mind, we are committed to achieving cultural preservation, craftsmanship inheritance, and industrial revival, focusing on addressing these three aspects in our design efforts.
We will enhance the environment through design, strengthen workshop spaces, and establish cultural and historical museums to showcase the history and traditional craftsmanship of Paper Mill Village, introducing its unique characteristics to visitors. Through these activities, we aim to stimulate interest in local culture and raise awareness of and preserve traditional craftsmanship.
Creating spaces for experiencing craftsmanship or training programs is crucial for passing on skills to the younger generation. Collaboration with local artisans or artists will ensure the transmission of these valuable skills to the next generation, thus preventing their loss.
Focusing on Paper Mill Village as the core, we will develop and integrate local resources to promote industrial revival. Developing local specialties and resources will attract more tourists and customers, thereby driving the local economy's development.
Our goal is to revitalize the vitality and charm of Paper Mill Village through spatial design that preserves culture, passes on craftsmanship, and connects with surrounding industrial development.
