青年洄游_高雄青創社宅
YOUTH MIGRATION - KAOHSIUNG YOUTH AND CREATIVE SOCIETY RESIDENCE
即將畢業的學子，在高雄想要深耕常面臨房價過高，像台北有激勵青年進程的計畫，而高雄只有租屋補助居多。
大家期望高雄港變成國際商港，政府也期望點亮高雄、開發高雄港、活化愛河與沿岸的商業活動，因此帶動了許多企業進駐高雄。
近年高雄飛速發展，並且吸引大量青年洄游返鄉，雖然提供了大量的工作機會，住宅政策卻沒跟著進步，社宅完工數也遲遲不見攀升。
要發展高雄港與點亮愛河，除了政府的大力推動外，民眾的支持也必不可少，參考松菸與駁二等文創園區，都是以青年為主。
要吸引人潮的湧入，除了有在地特色 還要有吃有玩、活動與市集跟良好的景觀拍照。
故選址於七賢國中舊址，愛河沿岸一隅做為商業空間，以青創社宅 激勵青年前來創業深耕，並活化愛河沿岸。

Graduating students in Kaohsiung often face the challenge of high housing prices, similar to Taipei. While Taipei has initiatives like the Youth Incentive Program, Kaohsiung mainly offers rental subsidies. There's a collective desire for Kaohsiung Port to transform into an international commercial hub. The government aims to illuminate Kaohsiung, develop its port, and revitalize commercial activities along the Love River and its coastline, which has attracted many businesses to set up shop in the city.
In recent years, Kaohsiung has experienced rapid development, drawing a significant number of young people back to their hometown. Despite providing ample job opportunities, housing policies have not progressed accordingly, and the completion rate of social housing remains stagnant.
To develop Kaohsiung Port and brighten the Love River, both government support and public participation are essential. Reference points such as Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and Pier-2 Art Center, which primarily cater to the youth, highlight the importance of community involvement.
To attract crowds, besides emphasizing local uniqueness, there should be a balance of dining, entertainment, activities, markets, and picturesque landscapes for photography.
Therefore, selecting the former site of Qixian Junior High School along the Love River as a commercial space, with an emphasis on youth-led creative housing, aims to encourage young entrepreneurs to thrive and revitalize the Love River waterfront.
