在台南市七股區,區域產電量已經超過預期,這主要歸因於新能源的開發和應用。然而,這種新能源開發卻伴隨著對原有生態環境的破壞,例如廢棄魚塭、鳥類的覓食空間和棲息地等。儘管光電覆蓋面積不斷擴大,但七股的產業文化與自然景觀卻正在逐漸消失。為了解決這一問題,我們可以採取一種可持續性的設計方法,通過保護魚塭和生態系統來平衡生態和科技發展之間的關係。這種設計可以包括定期清理和維護魚塭,以確保其功能不受影響,同時促進生物多樣性和生態平衡。此外,我們還可以制定一套規則和標準,來指導未來的開發和利用,確保其在不損害生態系統的情況下實現可持續性。這種方法不僅可以保護當地的生態環境,還可以促進科技和生態之間的和諧共生。通過將生態保護納入新能源開發的設計和規劃中,我們可以創造出一個更加可持續和健康的生活環境,同時實現能源需求的持續供應。

In Cigu District, Tainan City, the regional electricity production has exceeded expectations, primarily due to the development and application of new energy sources. However, this advancement in renewable energy comes at the cost of damaging the existing ecological environment, including the abandonment of fish ponds and disruption of bird foraging spaces and habitats. Despite the continuous expansion of photovoltaic coverage, the industrial culture and natural landscape of Cigu are gradually disappearing. To address this issue, a sustainable design approach can be adopted to balance the relationship between ecology and technological development by preserving fish ponds and ecosystems. Such a design may entail regular cleaning and maintenance of fish ponds to ensure their functionality remains intact while promoting biodiversity and ecological balance. Additionally, a set of rules and standards can be established to guide future development and utilization, ensuring sustainability without compromising the integrity of the ecosystem. This approach not only safeguards the local ecological environment but also fosters harmonious coexistence between technology and ecology. By integrating ecological conservation into the design and planning of new energy development, we can create a more sustainable and healthy living environment while meeting the ongoing demand for energy supply.
