我們計畫在高雄市大寮區文化路66號的基地上建立一個先進且人文化的流浪動物收容所，以改善現有的狀況，為了了解流浪動物所需的環境和設備，我們深入研究了國際上一些成功的收容所案例，這些案例為我們提供了有價值的參考，讓我們更了解如何提供一個安全、舒適且具有教育性質的收容環境，我們發現一個成功的流浪動物收容所需要擁有優越的設施和條件。這包括適當的獸醫設備、清潔設施、以及分隔區域，以確保每個動物都能夠在適當的環境中生活。我們將充分考慮這些因素，以確保動物在收容所中獲得最佳的生活條件，除了基本的設施外，我們希望透過這個計畫提供更多元的服務。例如，我們計畫增設生命教育講習的空間，讓社區居民和學生能夠更深入地了解動物權益和責任。這不僅有助於提升社會對於流浪動物問題的認識，同時也能夠培養更多人的愛心和關懷，另外我們強調在設計中加入戶外活動空間和貓狗的活動設施。這樣的空間能夠提供動物們更多的活動空間，減少壓力，同時也讓潛在領養者有更多的機會與動物互動，增加領養的機會，在整個設計過程中，我們將與專業的動物權益組織、獸醫專家和社區代表合作，以確保我們的計畫符合實際需求且能夠取得社會的支持。
We plan to establish an advanced and humane stray animal shelter on the site at No. 66 Wenhuar Road, Daliao District, Kaohsiung City. This initiative aims to improve the current situation. In order to understand the environment and facilities needed for stray animals, we have conducted in-depth research on successful shelter cases internationally. These cases provide valuable references for us to better understand how to provide a safe, comfortable, and educational shelter environment. We have found that a successful stray animal shelter requires superior facilities and conditions. This includes appropriate veterinary equipment, cleaning facilities, and segregated areas to ensure that each animal can live in an appropriate environment. We will fully consider these factors to ensure that animals have the best living conditions in the shelter.
In addition to basic facilities, we hope to provide more diverse services through this project. For example, we plan to add space for life education seminars, allowing community residents and students to gain a deeper understanding of animal rights and responsibilities. This not only helps raise awareness of stray animal issues in society but also fosters more compassion and care among people. Furthermore, we emphasize incorporating outdoor activity spaces and facilities for cats and dogs into the design. Such spaces can provide animals with more room for activities, reduce stress, and allow potential adopters more opportunities to interact with animals, increasing the chances of adoption.
Throughout the design process, we will collaborate with professional animal rights organizations, veterinary experts, and community representatives to ensure that our project meets actual needs and garners support from society.
