The correct riding posture requires adjusting the seat cushion so that when the pedal is at its lowest point, the legs are slightly bent (approximately less than 30 degrees) or fully extended. This can prevent the leg muscles from being unable to fully stretch, reduce the pressure on the knees caused by excessive knee flexion, and also alleviate chronic injuries caused by pressure on the lower back.
