而這是我的研究目標建立於此，如何有效地搭建以及群族模組化的生長，讓使用者能夠居住的相對舒坦，並且能夠以自力自建的方式搭建起來，組合屋配件都皆為模組化塊件，能夠分別拆解並組合，一面牆板被分別拆解成局部小塊共計7塊，結構柱以及梁等皆使用鋁擠型材質。
此設計發展不存在於特定基地的限制，因此在發展單元群時候採用六邊形即為蜂窩式的型態，在這型態下可以自由的向四面八方放置，可以在最小限度基礎上製造出有趣的空間簇群，隨後將群落作為一個契機製造外部公空間的層次變化，同時再進一步的給予自給自足的潛力，屋頂可放置太陽能板亦或蔬果種植的空間。
