現今我們所居住的地球，正面臨著海洋環保、環境再生和居住正義等重要議題。海洋垃圾不斷增加，海平面上升的影響日益嚴重，人口密度也以明顯的速度持續增加，導致居住空間的壓縮，造成空間不足。基於這些問題的發展，我們提出了一個概念性的建築規劃和設計，旨在解決這些挑戰。
我們此次的設計包括創建一個平台空間，可以容納10,000人並滿足其基本生活需求。這些平台空間不僅提供居住環境，還包括食物、生活空間以及商業和娛樂設施。
在建築方面，我們採用骨架搭建方式，並利用塑料製品打印技術，這種創新的技術可將海洋塑料收集後再製成建築材料，從而建立一個再生城市。
此外，我們的設計理念還包括將新的海洋綠化生活型態注入到以往受災地區的基本生存空間中。這種綠色生活模式不僅可以提高居民的生活品質，還能夠促進與海洋生態系統的和諧共生。

The Earth we inhabit today is confronted with pressing concerns revolving around ocean conservation, environmental regeneration, and housing justice. As the volume of marine debris steadily rises and the impacts of sea-level elevation become more pronounced, alongside a noticeable surge in population density, human living spaces are gradually dwindling, resulting in an acute shortage of habitable areas. In response to this evolving landscape of challenges, we have deeply committed ourselves to devising a visionary architectural blueprint aimed at confronting these pressing issues head-on.
Our proposed design blueprint revolves around the creation of expansive platform spaces tailored to accommodate a population of 10,000 individuals while ensuring the fulfillment of their fundamental life requisites.
