海水在經過一個月的太陽光自然曝曬， 吸取日月精華後形成結晶鹽， 而鹽在傳統文化之中象 徵是極陽之物， 在臺南，每年秋季的 11 月份都會舉辦一場盛大的鹽祭， 由井仔腳瓦盤鹽， 南鯤鯓代天府及交通部觀光署雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處共同舉辦， 結合了在地的鹽業， 文化及信仰，鹽祭的過程總共分成三個部分， 請鹽:開壇感謝，今年收成 祭鹽:祭祀祈福，期盼豐收 謝鹽:回歸本源，保佑來年 我們將鹽祭的過程紀錄並保留下來再結合動畫 AR， 讓當時未能前來的民眾也能以不同的方式 來了解鹽祭。 鹽不僅在食品中具有保存功能，也被傳統信仰視為護身符或神聖物品。南鯤鯓代天府每年舉辦鹽祭，將祈福與鹽業結合。然而，鹽祭儀式繁瑣，難以推廣給大眾。本研究旨在利用手機影像敘事，讓更多人以簡易方式理解鹽祭。透過歷史資料調查及與鹽業工作者交流，我們以互動式海報展現鹽祭過程，藉此探討如何提升鹽在傳統文化中的關注度。研究顯示，這種影像敘事模式結合分鏡設計，使民眾更快理解鹽祭內容，願意參與其中。
After one month of natural exposure to sunlight, seawater absorbs the essence of sun and moon, forming crystallized salt. In traditional culture, salt symbolizes the extreme yang energy. In Tainan, a grand salt festival is held every November during the autumn season. Co-organized by Jingzaijiao Salt Fields, Nankunshen Daitian Temple, Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications and Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Headquarters. The festival combines local salt industry, culture, and beliefs. The salt festival is divided into three parts:
Offering salt: Expressing gratitude and blessing for this year's harvest.
Ritual of salt: Offering prayers and blessings, hoping for a fruitful harvest.
Thanking salt: Returning to the origin and blessing for the next year.
We will record the process of the salt festival and preserve it, combining it with animated AR technology therefore people who couldn't attend at that time can understand the salt festival in different ways.
Not only does salt serve as a preservative for food, it is also considered a talisman or sacred object in traditional beliefs. Every year, Nankunshen Daitian Temple holds a salt festival, combining blessings with the salt industry. However, the intricate rituals of the salt festival make it challenging to promote to the public. This study aims to utilize mobile video storytelling to allow more people to understand the salt festival in a simple way. Through historical research and communication with salt industry workers, we use interactive posters
to demonstrate the salt festival process, exploring how to increase attention to salt in traditional culture. The research shows that this video storytelling model, combined with storyboard design, enables people to understand the salt festival content more quickly and encourages their participation.
