多元文化在城市中生根，逐漸改變了社會結構，然而造成空間的斷裂、人之間的疏離。隨著高雄發展與時代變化，使歷史脈絡的痕跡逐漸遭抹滅，未來都市變遷下，我們為這脫節的城市找到一個三角點，打破遊客與居民的對立，藉由既有閒置空間的串聯帶狀發展，來解決鹽埕區的都市裂痕。
面臨傳承近50年的麵包坊即將面臨轉型，隨著時代的積累轉移，這種舊時宜的的已經不符合現代年輕人的市場需求。文化因導入了不同的情境而衍生出新的文化，基地已有近50年的歷史，位於富野路與七賢三路交叉口處，為東邊市區往西邊鹽埕、鼓山區必經之地。
而我們以兩大點作為主軸 :
(一) 舊的傳承 : 味道是隱性/空間是顯性
(二) 住商空間分合 : 互相羈絆牽引，記憶場域的延續與傳承
而設計發想「端、牽、 融、 衍 」
藉由實的情感凝聚和需的空間行轉多變，進而創造出互相羈絆牽引與記憶場域的延續。讓光與影的界限被抹去，人與人的關係交錯滲透，商業空間導向住宅，而住宅延伸至商業空間。平時擁有自我空間，需要時卻能合而為一，是人和人最舒服自在的相處之道。

The bakery that has been passed down for nearly 50 years is about to undergo transformation. With the passage of time, this old-fashioned style no longer meets the market needs of modern young people. Culture derives new culture by introducing different situations. The base has a history of nearly 50 years. It is located at the intersection of Fuye Road and Qixian 3rd Road. It is a must-pass from the urban area in the east to Yancheng and Gushan District in the west.
And we take two major points as the main axis :
(1) Old inheritance: Taste is implicit/space is explicit.
(2) Separation and integration of residential and commercial spaces: mutual fetters and traction, the continuation and inheritance of the memory field.
The design concept is "End, Pull, Integration and Expansion"
Through the real emotional agglomeration and the variety of spatial movements required, mutual fetters and traction and the continuation of the memory field are created. Let the boundaries between light and shadow be erased, relationships between people intertwined and permeated, commercial space leading to residences, and residences extending to commercial spaces. Having your own space at ordinary times and being able to become one when needed is the most comfortable way for people to get along with each other.
